Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If there is something wrong with the product, contact us. It can take up to one business day to respond.

We do require pre-approval of design on all custom orders. This includes any changes to color, pattern, or adding additional things like name or any additional information if available. Once a custom order has been approved by you, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any custom item will be made. The remaining balance is due once your item is completed. If you cancel your custom order anytime after you approve your design, you forfeit your 50% deposit, and the item will not be shipped to you. We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items.

We ship with USPS, and all items will be tracked. The time it takes from the date of shipment to delivery is dependent upon the postal service. If your items arrive damaged due to USPS, you will have to make the claim with USPS.
